Joanne studied photography many moons ago (pre-digital) and still often works as if shooting film. Joanne uses little to no digital manipulation in the post production of her photographs; all of the work is done whilst capturing the image. Joanne's work is about finding the hidden beauty, taking every day and capturing it from a different point of view. Joanne feels that too often we are caught up in our day-to-day lives and sometimes forget to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us.

Unframed canvas prints come with a 5 cm printed wrap around, plus additional canvas border for easy stretching.

Framed canvas prints are framed using locally sourced, sustainable oak in a shadowbox style, hand crafted in Victoria. Natural, white and black finishes available.

The style of Joanne's photographic art lends itself well to canvas printing and the fine texture it adds. Canvas removes the need for glass or perspex, eliminating reflections. The finished product is eye-catching, drawing the viewer in, enabling them to escape the day for a moment. Joanne recommends this finish.
